No matter your sport, hobby, or profession we all use our biceps in some way shape or form. It's fun to train your arms hard and see the physical progress, just don't get stuck in a rut, doing the same curl repeatedly. Make significant gains and get your biceps to pop more by incorporating the exercise you see above (Waiter Dumbbell Curls) to your routine. I love switching things up and end up favoring these over straight bar because it alleviates pressure on my elbows and puts my wrists in a more natural position than a straight bar. This movement if done properly, will not only increase growth, but will tap into new muscle fibers that may have been dormant if you focus deeply and make em count!
