I’ve been struggling with all those for many years sharing my stressful life in New York City. I’m sure many of you can relate. Hustling and surviving in a big city was the greatest challenge and a pleasure for me.I loved it, All the challenges ,being around people,working my ass off to achieve my goals. But...there was a price for everything. This lifestyle comes with huge risk of getting burned out. Exhaustion,constant stress,worries and anxieties. ⠀ It took me a while to find a balance and huge part of it was ...Meditation. ⠀ I got introduced to meditation two years ago during my long trip to Bali.And it changed my life forever. I meditate almost every day now.I got my friends and family to do the same just because I know it helps! I practice different kinds of meditation, there are so many! It can be 15 min quick one,or 45 min long deep and profound.I even nailed the walking meditation by Joe  Dispenza @drjoedispenza and it was amazing. ⠀My favorite book by Joe “Becoming Supernatural” will help you to understand how our body operates and functions.He talks a lots about science in meditation and breathing technics also teaches you how to implement those.Its a great help if you suffer with chronic stress anxiety. I buy his meditations at his website,they are very inexpensive. ⠀ If you just starting try guided meditation by Deepak Chopra @deepakchopra,he is great! I recently went though his 21 day meditation challenge and loved the result! ⠀ It’s all possible! You just have to start! If you are looking for ways to improve your life quality,I encourage you to try,for your own sake and health and happiness. I also discovered that CBD Oil can play huge roll in a process as well. How often do you experience Stress, Anxiety ,Insomnia?
