15 ✖️ NARROW LUNGE (each side)
👉🏼 Back Knee should be behind your heel, bottom sitting back & aim for elbows to front knee (with straight spine!)...TIP! > your front heel should firmly press down for full glute activation!
30 ✖️ SLIDE SQUAT
👉🏼 Keep your bottom sitting back with straight back (squeeze your shoulder blades together). Press firmly into your heels!
15 ✖️ REV LUNGE KICK (each side)
👉🏼 Take a BIG step back to lunge (Keep your feet on ‘train tracks’..not too narrow!). Press through your front heel to stand up & kick.
30 ✖️ DROP SQUATS
👉🏼 Keep your chest up & bottom back! Weight in your heels when you land in squat.
