I did an hour of wall yoga 🧘🏽‍♀️ and used my @dharmayogawheel omg I sweat so much. Yoga is amazing because you have to clear your mind to keep a pose. If your mind wanders you’ll instantly fall out of a pose. I like not thinking about life for an hour or so while I focus on me. I’ve been working on my flexibility and balance as well as opening up my back.

Yoga is amazing for your mind and body. No matter where you are in your fitness journey this is something I highly suggest you take on. Wall stands are a little more advanced so go at your own pace. Have fun and breathe! ❤️
