Watch till the end 😂 Down 30 pounds, time to focus on building more muscle mass. My booty shrank a bit which is normal so I want to add projection and mass back. I also want to add inches to my thighs which will be my main focus.

I love this part of transformation where you strip the fat down and evaluate where you want to build. I’ve been doing heated barefoot boot classes at @trufusion here in Vegas. I’ve noticed in the last 30 days how it’s made my body more toned with that sexy muscle. Heated kettlebell classes are no joke!

Here is a workout I’ll be incorporating weekly! Squats for quads and overall lower body, leg press utilizing different positions, front squats for quads and not shown here hip thrusts for booty. I’ll run 4-5 sets of 8-10 reps going heavy.
