I had to stop because my adrenals shut down and I developed hypothyroidism. My Dr says it was from a combination poor nutrition, extreme workouts, and prolong usage of preworkouts and fat burners 🤷🏽‍♀️ _ I found Herbalife 3 years ago after I had given birth to my 4th child. I was 200lbs when I gave birth and 170lbs postpartum. Within my first year of using the products alongside my program I got down to 130 which is my normal weight range. But I had a 6 pack and I felt amazing. _ I had complications with my thyroid medications over the last 2 years which resulted in my weight going back up to 160. I was still working out and on a plan I just wasn’t losing weight. After many conversations with some holistic specialists we came to a conclusion that maybe I was way over medicated.
