Update: the numbness and itching from when she cut through my layers has finally disappeared, I do feel an internal little sting every now and then, and I've also gained a soft little shelf above the scar that sits below my bikini line— my doctor says its scar tissue and will eventually flatten out over the next 6-12 months, but to be honest I'm not fussed about it.
