I wanted to share that if it wasn’t for my husband, I’m quite sure I would be well on my way spiralling into post-partum depression. Those sleepless nights he fed and slept with Oliver while he let me sleep and recover in the other room, those mini day trips he took us on to bring a smile to my face, the little text messages he would send saying how Oliver’s lucky to have me as a mum to brighten up my day — he has been my rock while we’ve both supported and cared for Oliver. And now I can’t imagine a life without the two of them — my mini family. I wanted to share how vitally important SUPPORT can be when mothers are transitioning and struggling through the first few months following childbirth.
