It took me a year, but I FINALLY posted the recap of my #Norway trip on the blog. The link is on bio!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
It's a long and wordy post, with nearly 80 photos! that I edited on "spare" time during the year. See why it took me so long?). There's a #recipe for a sour cream porridge too, Rømmegrøt. So there's something for every kind of reader.

Apart from the description of the breathtaking nature of Norway and the farm life, what I really felt like expressing was the desire to go vs. the relief of staying, purposefully and happily. For there needs as much self awareness to stay, as to go. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This year, I ended up staying. Last year however I wanted to be surrounded by nature and in touch with earth. And that I did. I learned to feed and milk goats, fight goats and capture runaway goats. Hold them by the horn and drag them back behind their fence. I fed and polished a horse. I cleaned her stable, put her stinky, shit in the wheelbarrow and took it to the poop hill. I weeded the strawberry garden, the leek patch and all cabbages, roses, berries and in between.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
And just like all proper travel experiences, I came back home a different woman. Same same but different.
