I’ve recently picked up a practice and feel that someone could use this info:
Instead of trying to mask or deny the emotion, I sit in it and get curious. Where does it come from? What is it connected to? What wisdom can I download from this experience?

I’ve been out of my comfort zone on the @lulyapp build and all of this pushing forward sometimes requires me to push emotions down.
But then, there are days where all that was pushed down needs to be felt and dealt with.
In order for healing to occur, there needs to be room made for grace.
In these moments, what I need is love and compassion for myself.
Love can sometimes be discipline, yes.
But love is also always compassionate.
