FAQ: How much cardio should I do on top of your workouts?
YOU DO NOT NEED TO ADD ANY extra cardio in! No need for cardio days. I have designed my program so that get it all in your workout! That way you can be much more efficient with your time! Plus, I think I’d rather watch paint dry instead of be stuck on a treadmill 😂

Yes! I love that the cardio component is already worked into the plan! Usually drenched in sweat by the end of each workout...haha! C3 today killed me in the best way!

Yes totally agree with you. If we workout efficiently, we don’t need cardio. I have tried this myself with alexia exercise program. Plus, cardio is boring ladies. 😆
