"I think empathy's the greatest thing ever.... I do feel really fortunate. I have a child that if you were to come into the house crying, she'd be like, 'It's OK,' and hug you." 💕 Mila Kunis celebrates her wins as a mom and gets real about parenthood.

Love her, but that whole “my child didn’t die today , yay me” is really a terrible thing to keep repeating. The truth is there are lots of parents whose babies do die ‘on their watch’... through no fault of their own, and what might seem funny to you is PTSD to them. Count your blessings to have all your children whole and hearty. Can we get rid of that joke once and for all.

Children are wonderful. And so loving when given the chance. I remember my youngest hugging me as I cried in my van with the other mothers while waiting in the kindergarten drop off line the morning of 911. He was too young to understand my grief or what had happened - but he knew I needed a hug. I will never forget his sweetness and empathy.

I agree with everything she’s saying and am a huge fan of hers.... but think of how infinitely easier it is to be a parent with the resources her family has access too. Without a financial care in the world, parenting is a lot less stressful and you are much more physically and emotionally available.

So tired of hearing parental advice from celebrities. They know nothing about raising children without nannies etc. so give it a rest hp
