Hello, smooth operator! 🙌🏻 Every blender jar is a little different, but the sequence we share below is a great starting point to experiment with and see which order is best for your blender. ⠀

PACK: Standard Blender⠀
1. Leafy greens⠀
2. Liquids⠀
3. Fresh fruits and veggies⠀
4. Dry ingredients (spices, powders, seeds, nut butters)⠀
5. Frozen fruits and ice⠀
⠀
PACK: Single-Serve Blender⠀
1. Frozen fruits and ice⠀
2. Dry ingredients (spices, powders, seeds, nut butters)⠀
3. Fresh fruits and veggies⠀
4. Liquids⠀
5. Leafy greens⠀
⠀
BLEND⠀
1. Tightly pack leafy greens in a measuring cup and then toss into the blender⠀
2. Pour liquid on top of the leafy greens to help create more space in the blender.⠀
3. Add chopped fresh fruit and veggies (1-inch pieces or smaller if using a blender under 300 watts)⠀
4. If using dry ingredients, add to the blender after fresh fruits and before frozen fruits. ⠀
5. Add frozen fruits and ice.⠀
6. Blend on medium low for 10 seconds and increase to high speed for about 30 seconds. If it's not creating a vortex, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup liquid to pull the ingredients toward the blade.⠀
7. Pour into Mason jar (or cup of choice) and sip like a rawkstar!!⠀
