mila.sound Dear Sir/Madam, Yesterday, Saturday 27th of July, we arrived at the house we had reserved by Airbnb at 4PM (receipt code # RCJRS422BA) located on 335 Bambra Road Caulfield South, Victoria 3162 Australia. The apartment clearly did not meet the specifications advertised on the website. In the first place, there was cannabis in the place and a strong smell of cannabis smoke inside the house, a fact that due to its gravity is incompatible with our stay in the place because it is considered unhealthy and dangerous for our lifestyle. The house was also cold, we asked for heating and they answered “only 10 minutes because it is expensive”. There was no wifi available and the only toilet available was almost at the backyard of the house, separated from the rest of the bathroom. The host left his house and we were alone, it was then that we started calling Airbnb to relocate us to another host and we left with all of our luggage. After several calls to Airbnb we did not receive any solution to relocate us immediately. Around 11.00 PM we decided to book a room at the Crest on Barkly hotel, the cost of which is AUD 125.86. For all that said we request: 1. Immediately relocate my partner and me to a suitable property during the requested period. 2. Refund the total amount payed at the hotel. esme_morenop Pésimo servicio me alquilaron un sitio en la playa que tenía humedad, fisuras en las paredes y pisos. La cerradura no funcionaba, la dueña me dio malas indicaciones, gaste muchísimo dinero y tiempo tratando de comunicarme para que me solucionaran. Me cancelaron la reserva pero no fueron capaces de reubicarme y tuve que pasar la noche en un hostel que tuve que buscar por fuera por que era eso o dormir en la calle. Son unos ladrones

pohlgabriela Do NOT stay at an @airbnb unless you want to ruin your trip!!! You won’t believe what We found when we arrived at our @airbnb in Paris!!!! And then we waited for the host in the heatwave of 105 degrees heat with a children and an elderly and they don’t want to fully refund us when we didn’t even spend a night. I have pictures and I am happy to share them!!!You are better off staying in a hotel in Europe. Do NOT use @airbnb.

melynohe @kungfoory Totally agree with you. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER...They allow host to damage peoples reputation unfairly. They only care about money!...a quick advise: Spend a few dollars more and Stay in a hotel, where you would avoid horrible hosts, and wasting time with the WORST customer service ever!
