summatimesummatime I am a super host with all 5 star ratings and great reviews and suddenly Airbnb just shut me down with no warning and I can’t accept any guests. My account is frozen and they are ignoring my calls and not explaining anything. I can’t imagine any guests complaining for any reason. They’ve all loved it here. This is very damaging to my business as I have 4 empty rooms and losing thousands of dollars. Are there other companies that have better customer service and don’t just ruin a super hosts livelihood?
