geraintcoles @travel_with_nicci same! A total of 12 hours on the phone over the past two days.. same lack-of-answer every time. My gf is the biggest advocate of Airbnb - she spends time telling anyone who will listen how amazing it is, and they have completely undone her faith in it. Last year alone she generated tens of thousands of dollars in revenue for them, and for what? ?‍♀️ hope you manage to resolve your issue soon x

geraintcoles Your customer service is a joke. Such a disappointment from a brand I had such faith in. My partner has spent 36 hours trying to solve a problem only to be told it’s being handled by one specific person, with no information on when that person might be available to her. Roadblock after roadblock from rude and condescending telephone staff with absolutely no desire to assist. Pathetic
