Please do not use this platform if u have kids. It works most of the time, but when it doesn’t, they are not there to help you. You will get shuffled from agent to agent with no continuity. Agents will tell you something then a subsequent agent will reverse it

dianisls @airbnb es una estafa, hice una reserva la pague, 24 horas antes de mi viaje el anfitrión me cancela la reserva lamentablemente con el mismo pretexto de todos (se me rompió un tubo), @airbnb me expide una factura con la supuesta devolución del dinero y que pasa nada no hay dinero, ni me responden mis mensajes ni las llamadas, @airbnb me robo $500 mil pesos y ni paseo ni dinero. No recomiendo esta plataforma en lo más minimo
