La cerradura no funcionaba, la dueña me dio malas indicaciones, gaste muchísimo dinero y tiempo tratando de comunicarme para que me solucionaran. Me cancelaron la reserva pero no fueron capaces de reubicarme y tuve que pasar la noche en un hostel que tuve que buscar por fuera por que era eso o dormir en la calle. Pésimo servicio no les importa la seguridad de sus clientes
