Para que outros usuários possam saber que a plataforma não é confiável, segura e ágil como eu esperava que fosse! Fiz minha primeira reserva através da AIRBNB, e o próprio anfitrião não cumpriu com o horário combinado para que pudesse deixar minhas malas antes do checkin. Fiquei horas aguardando na rua sem conseguir contato com ele. Comecei a me sentir desconfortável com um anfitrião que não teve comprometimento, e tentei entrar em contato com a airbnb e pedir orientações em como proceder.. Esse retorno não foi agil, tive que buscar outra acomodação em cima da hora, gastei com outra acomodação e deslocamento, e apenas no dia seguinte a AIRBNB me deu um retorno de que deveria cancela. Me senti injustiçada, pois a plataforma demorou mais de um dia para me passar essa informação, o meu cancelamento foi ressarcido parcialmente no cartão de credito, e para complementar o valor eles me deram um credito proporcional para usar na plataforma. Mas meu o meu prejuízo não foi sanado. Credito na plataforma não é dinheiro, tive custos adicionais para me deslocar e paguei por outra hospedagem em cima da hora, sem falar em todo o transtorno.. E ate esse exato momento eles deram o assunto por resolvido dessa maneira imposta por eles, e não demostram nenhum interesse de sanar meu prejuízo em comum acordo. Fui

Cher Airbnb, aujourd'hui, je vais devoir aller porter plainte contre toi. Je vais devoir aller au commissariat car tu te bornes à ne pas me répondre ou à m'envoyer des messages automatiques pour me dire que tu ne peux rien faire. Tu m'as pris près de 1000euros, et tu ne me les rends pas. Alors je vais passer par la justice car je refuse de me laisser prendre une telle somme sans raison. Je vais donc encore perdre des heures pour faire en sorte de récupérer mon du et même si tu fais la sourde oreille je peux garantir que tu n'as pas fini d'en entendre parler.

@airbnb Absolutely the worst! Traveled all the way from Arizona to Hawaii to find out reservation was canceled after the first one we made was canceled a couple days prior with another host. NEVER AGAIN!! There needs to be more of a punishment for hosts who cancel last minute. Two cancellations in one week is insane.

I had a complaint posted after a trip that went horrible in New Jersey last month . My complaint was handled by a supervisor named Adiel but since 2 weeks nobody from Airbnb doesn’t care about us for that apartment we paid for and 3 days without hot water

@Airbnb I have had an issue regarding reservation dates and called on Saturday and Tuesday this matter still hasn’t been resolved! I haven been passed from Ireland to Philippines and I’m getting nowhere! I’m losing money because of this!
