Gorgeous côte de boeuf from @hgwalter, an Aberdeen Angus/Wagyu cross, seared in a cast iron pan before a brief blast in a hot oven, then a long rest, tented with foil on the carving board. Then eaten very, very quickly.

I'm not much a wagyu kinda person but I DO like the look of the skillet. PLEASE tell me you didn't put that in your dishwasher and waste all the savoury. Let me know!!

@janeseboots I never use soap to clean mine. Never soak them. Just a scrubbie, warm water and salt. Then rub the inside with olive oil after drying it.
