Feels soo good to back to my full workouts again. This had been a planned deload week so it is working well for getting back in to it. 80kg for 2 Power Clean + Jerk & some 60kg Snatch Push Press. I just missed my heavy/max 10s week while I was out but who really wants to do that anyways 😂 8 weeks out from Daytona - a little set back but looking like I will be able to get back on plan to compete then! Extra excited because I am bringing two of my own lifters to compete as well that just qualified for the AO Series. Whoo! 🔥🔥 CROP T RELEASING TOMORROW 🔥🔥 @barbellsandbows #strengthfromstruggle
