@kris10pope Do you still do stretching along with stability, and balance exercises? If so could you do a video on the exercises you do, how long you do them, and how many times per week you do them.

Warm up would be an awesome video... and it’s variations! Also what you do for warm up for lazy glutes! Is there any such thing as a fast glute warm up??? 😂

Those bicycle squats are legit! I added it into my squat routine Friday and it was great.
