latashiavincent_heytash I signed up for the bag only to be waitlisted then as soon as I changed to the Glam Bag Plus I was off the wait list (is it because it’s more money?) Then you charge me for the month of July but say I will not receive anything for the month of July because I signed up after the 5th. But I will be charged again for August my new billing cycle and then I will receive my first Glam Bag Plus. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING????? How are you going to charge me but not send me anything, why not just wait to bill me in August....Duh! Or give me July’s Glam Bag. That simple. Thank You, Next I cancelled my subscription right away. I would like my money back that you took for July! Bad Business Practice

felishat So I have never had a problem receiving my box until this month. Both plus and the bag. Was supposed to receive it on the 13th and it says it was shipped but it’s still not here. Been tracking it but there had been no activity since the 15th. Starting to think it got lost. If it did then what next!?

happyhourplanning @ipsy @jade9975 @natjackss I'm having the same problem... it said en route from the 11th until today. About an hour ago it switched to a notification that my package has been delayed. Maybe just send packages out USPS instead? They lose packages, but not nearly as often as DHL.

kirsy_villaman On my last subscription you guys never send me 3 add ons and now on my July bag one of the add ons missing also what is going on? I send emails and emails and and of course you guys habit as I received it. Not cool. ?

jade9975 @ipsy I love my subscription but you guys need to talk to DHL...my bag has been sitting since the 12th and was supposed to get to me by the 16th. I understand a few delays but it seems they do this every month.
