dreamlikediana I deleted my comment because we found my package. It was delivered to my neighbor's instead. At the same time why are they marking it as delivered before they actually deliver it? It could have completely avoided the situation! It says online that it was delivered at 1:38pm we were all home. I have security cameras with colored footage that shows he walked right by my house with the package still in his bag at 1:41. That means around 1:41 - 1:42 he put it in my neighbors mail without so much as double checking. I'm pretty peeved. ?

I wanted to know how long does help.ipsy.com take to reply to emails I sent a message a week ago for help on my order that I paid for separately from my glam bag that had damaged and missing products and I have not gotten any responses. #ipsy

ashleykunzartist @ipsy My GBP hasn't moved since the 6th. It still says that it is "EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER". Can I get an update on it? My bday is tomorrow and I wanted to use my new Huda highlight palette for my bday celebrations. Maybe it will miraculously show up tomorrow? ?

dont.call.me.marley Signed up for Ipst glam bag plus and was charged today. Membership says I will also be charged in August bit wont be recieving a July box because I signed up after the 5th? Am I going to be charged twice for August? Seems like a rough start to this subscription service.

h_rodocker Will you ever have a zero waste Ipsy bag? I had to cancel my subscription because I’m moving towards using less plastic and creating less waste overall. I’m using more bars (shampoo etc.) and products in glass. All the tiny plastic containers made me feel guilty.

breye_see @ipsy hello. We are trying to unsubscribe from the monthly make up packages. The website seems difficult to find a full on unsubscribe option. We’ve only managed to find a 3 month hold option. We’d like to completely unsubscribe. Please help.
