nevr_undrestim8_me I've emailed you guys . I haven't recieved my bag and you've charged my account now it wont let me into my account because it says my account and password doesn't match which I know for a fact that's my account name and password I set up. I've been sent several password resets and still cant get into my account. Not sure what's going on. I'm very upset about this. And especially being charged and not receiving a bag. It does no good to email you guys because nobody gets back with you.....

kayla_laymance Was not a fan of my bag at all this month. It's probably the worst bag I've had. Ever since the beauty quiz was updated I feel like nothing ever matches my selections. This month I got all things I marked "rarely" on which means I do not want them. Period. I keep my beauty profile up to date but it just doesn't seem to help. Could the beauty quiz or personalization be updated at all soon?

mrs._p_2018 I’m quitting your subscription since I always get the same things even though I’ve changed my preferences numerous times. At this point is a waste of my money every month to receive same things.

morgan_doucet I wish I got this kind of stuff in my box.. I feel like I only get the low grade cheap stuff no ones heard of. Never any of the products I would actually like.
