Then, click on "Order History" and select the order to cancel. If the order has not been processed, you will see a "cancel" option above the order that you'd like to cancel. I honestly don’t understand all the issues people have with Ipsy. I’ve subscribed on and off for a few years and I’ve always gotten replies to my questions/issues/cancellations, I’ve never had a billing issue, the one time I had a product issue I got a prompt response and they sent out a new product for me. This company has always been great to me, I don’t really understand all these comments of people having problems ??♀️

Your customer service is awful. I’ve reached out 8 different times. I never got my add ons for June and then was told that they were out of stock but they were going to replace one of them... got it and it isn’t even the correct item. Clearly Ipsy can’t get it together based on the majority of comments saying things are wrong. What a joke.

Please help, i got charged for two glam bags that i didn’t ask for , i also have insufficient funds in my bank account. I got charged $37.80 for a glam bag plus and a regular one I didn’t even give the app permission to place the orders and I had cancelled my subscription a long time ago.
