I tried phoning your office and it says not to leave a message and that your don’t take phone calls and to find you on social media. I can’t see where I can send a PM so unfortunately I have to resort to a public post. I tried repeatedly to cancel my Ipsy membership via my app and it has not worked. I phoned my bank and they had already refused your attempt to take my yearly membership once but somehow the $220 payment was processed last night or early this morning. I WANT TO CANCEL my membership and I would like my yearly membership refunded in full as I have indicated on the app that I do NOT want my subscription this year. I have NEVER received my bag on time and the products in the basic membership have gone substantially downhill in size (almost no full sized products anymore, mostly sample sizes of products that I can’t get in Canada so I have to pay a huge shipping/duty fee to get) I can’t take advantage of any of the sales or promotions on your site due to being in Canada and I am now getting multiple duplicate samples and I have only been a member for three years.
I would like my yearly subscription reimbursed please and thank you! If you would like to contact me via PM so I can provide you with my phone number or email address that would be appreciated as I don’t want to post it on a public forum.
As you can appreciate $200+ dollars is not a small amount for me to just swallow ESPECIALLY when I have tried to cancel my membership and your app clearly is not working properly for me to do that.

@enpartion Hi there! It takes us a little while to pick out and pack your products, so Glam Bag Plus boxes usually ship out around the 2nd week of each month. You'll get an email with tracking info when your bag leaves our warehouse. You can also check out the status of your Glam Bag by viewing your timeline when you log into your account.
