jm_admirer_of_the_moon @ipsy I sent a DM regarding my missing order that was placed last month. I was given a tracking number that shows the items were never shipped and customer service hasn’t been much help, can someone please reply to email. I have made several attempts to reach out to Ipsy customer service. Thank you for your help.

golden.brown.beautii I’m contemplating on canceling my Ipsy bag due to your choice in shipping partner. @dhlus is horrible. This will be my second package “lost” by the Avenel, NJ facility. They do not assist customers, not even to have the truck or facility checked for missing parcels.

kimberlylynn80 I just signed up I really hope I don’t have issues like a lot of people are having. I’m not sure when I will get my bag I didn’t realize it took so long to receive it after you sign up. About how long does it take to get it @ipsy
