@ipsy So.. when I switched over to GBP I didn't get to review the products in my last glam bag, NOW that I've switched back over from the GBP to the regular bag, I can't review my products AGAIN! What's up with that? I've lost ALOT of points bcuz of this! I'm still buying & using your products, just bcuz I switch over shouldn't take my review option away!

@ipsy I have to say, I was a little disappointed that my glam bag plus was delayed in shipping again, since it’s only coming from Fort Worth, and I love super close in Houston, but this months bag was def Worth the wait! I can’t believe the quality of products I get for only $25! I LOVE my July glam bag plus! ?✨

@maya_arce Thanks for asking! Member feedback is super important to us as we grow, and in a recent survey, our members let us know that they want an awesome product lineup. They let us know that they didn’t need the bag, so we’re going to focus on making improvements on the things you value most.

@elyfashion71 el mío apenas me va a llegar hoy, parece que están también un poco atrasados, pero se tiene que comprender que #ipsy cada vez es más popular y se están poniendo más ocupados. Pero siempre te ayudan rápido a resolver los problemas que haiga. Vale la pena esperar.
