jennyflenny00 Last month I spoke to customer care abt my Ipsy bag not arriving n u guys sent me one. Now it’s the same story except I emailed u guys earlier this week n I have not received a response back. I’m extremely disappointed with how the last two months have been nothing but annoyance n frustration. I gave u guys the benefit of the doubt and I have made up my mind. This is unbelievable
