forkandbrush I have a question. I would like to enter the murad contest. Do I message you or murad? I’ve messaged Ipsy several times trying to enter these contests and my message doesn’t appear to have ever been seen.. I commented on another post about a month ago trying to figure this out and never got a response but you respond to all the comments about people not getting their bag or not liking it.

jessica_dymacek I ordered 3 extra products which didn’t come in my bag (not a big deal) I emailed @ipsy and got a response almost immediately! They were understanding and so helpful and got it resolved! Y’all are the best and so are the products. Love getting my @ipsy bags! I look forward to it every month! ?

fromkathy I’ve never really had issues with Ipsy before; I’ve gotten all my packages (sans one product a few years ago I cashed points in for...) and all my emails answered. Most of my complaints against Ipsy is the shipping. It takes forever and tracking doesn’t update for over a week sometimes

makeupjunkie3535 So true!!! Ive had the same issue the past 3 months! It keeps saying that my package experienced a delay? were almost done with the month and still nothing.. ?‍♀️??‍♀️
