Going through the many photos and reminiscing over the ancient food made cooked, feasts consumed, new memories created, wines poured, stories told and friendships made. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This was our last meal of the workshop, an imperial Roman banquet that everyone cooked with the guidance and recipes of @tavolamediterranea, and what you see is only a fraction of the dishes of our feast. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I am very grateful to all our dear guests joining us in Tuscany from around the world, for their passion about food, history and photography. To Farrell, for combining enthusiasm, research and history in the kitchen, and to Charolotte and all the crew of @castellodipotentino for the hospitality. We couldn’t ask for a better group.
