The bounty of yesterday; from the seasonal and farm to table simple lunch, to the kitchen hustle, to the amazing Etruscan feast we cooked based on the recipes and research of @tavolamediterranea .

I squashed some 5 kilos of grapes and made "Defrutum" syrup, that went with the chickpeas (served with sautéed fennel with cumin) and fruit and sheep ricotta and honey cake, and the pecorino that we smoked. Smoked were also the sausages. Lots of of muller wine and sweet wine, and watered down wine! (All Etruscan, Greek and Roman traditions)

Now our guests for the #OSKtuscany2019 are here at @castellodipotentino. Wine tasting and a dinner with venison, and starting tomorrow we'll roll full swing with cooking it old school, feasting, photography and styling. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
