I didn’t really do them to find a solution to my health & fitness goals. - CONCLUSION: There is no diet that works better than any other diet. The diet that works best for YOU is what YOU feel the best on and what you’ll adhere to most. You don’t need to be on a “diet” to be healthy, you need to eat mostly quality food to be physically healthy. And treats here and there to be maybe a little mentally happy... I mean right? 🙋🏻‍♀️ Haha - The number one thing I say is that whatever “diet” you do, it still needs to allow you to enjoy your life and can be sustained long term. This means it’s different for everyone! - If you’re going for aesthetics, you need to have proper energy balance (calories in/calories out) and healthy hormones 🤸🏻‍♀️ You can do any diet in the world and have pretty good success with it if you have proper energy balance and healthy hormones. - Enjoying my food and life is more important to me than being shredded year round.
