Ingredients 320g pack Edamame & Vegetable Stir-fry Mix 250g pouch Wholegrain Rice & Quinoa Mix ½ x 240g pack Radishes ½ x 250g pack Mango Chunks 2 tbsp Mango & Chilli Salad Dressing Method 1. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan or wok over a high heat. Add a 320g pack Edamame & Vegetable Stir-fry Mix and cook for 6-8 mins, stirring often, until softened. 2. Meanwhile, heat a 250g pouch Wholegrain Rice & Quinoa Mix to pack instructions, and slice ½ x 240g pack Radishes into rounds. 3.
