Ingredients  300g Linguine 500g pack frozen Mushroom Medley 390g tin Green Lentils 350g tub Chargrilled Vegetable Sauce 15g Flat Leaf Parsley, roughly chopped  Cook 300g Linguine to pack instructions; drain and return to the pan. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large frying pan over a medium-high heat. Add a 500g pack frozen Mushroom Medley and cook for 7 mins until softened. Increase the heat to high and cook for 4-5 mins until most of the liquid from the mushrooms has evaporated. Reduce the heat to medium and add a drained 390g tin Green Lentils and a 350g tub Chargrilled Vegetable Sauce. Simmer gently for 5 mins, stirring occasionally. 500g pack frozen Mushroom Medley
390g tin Green Lentils
