‘The Dalmore L’Anima Aged 49 Years’ is a one of a kind scotch #whisky bottling, created by @The Dalmore Master Distiller, Richard Paterson and @massimobottura, chef patron of Osteria Francescana. Paterson selected whiskies embodying the chocolate orange profile for which The Dalmore is known, while layering with flavours reminiscent of Bottura’s kitchen and beloved Italian produce.
