There was a recent uproar by Malaysians in general on socmed on how ironic Netflix’s Street Food series doesn’t include Malaysia but Singapore.
No comment on that - street food is almost a gone case here, at least in Malaysia it still exists. It’s even slowly disappearing in Hong Kong.
However, kopi is always better in Malaysia, even Singaporeans agree. 😏

jemnguee These things are just marketing. Most Singaporeans know the truth that the street food in Malaysia is legit awesome. And saying this doesn't take away from the fact that SG's food scene is awesome too. Just like how a silly Netflix show doesn't diminish Malaysia's food heritage in our hearts.

aziff90 Singaporeans market better, is the thing. We’re lacking in that department despite having a wider, deeper range.
