I've had anxiety for as long as I can remember, and I've really learnt to live with it and control it. Sometimes I even think I've conquered it and then every now and again something or someone will trigger it and then it can run away with me. When that happens, I just have to write to-do lists and work through them until I'm less overwhelmed. Tidying also helps for some reason, and so did painting my patio. If anyone needs any painting done I'll come to you next time. 🤣 It's perfectly fine and normal to feel anxious or overwhelmed sometimes, and for me during that time, I know that social media is not a good place. It's good to have a break sometimes. 🤗 Sunsets and the night sky help me because it reminds me that tomorrow is always a new day. Oh and the @calm app was also a game-changer last night too - nothing stops late night over-thinking like Stephen Fry reading you lullabies.
