I have My 1st little garden this year I kinda did something wrong to My cucumbers and squash but My Tomatoes and peppers are Amazing .

Hi @inagarten! I made the pesto and Parmesan zucchini and the flavor was superb but they didn’t stay firm when i baked them. Should i have let them sit for a bit first to let them try out?

Watching your “Hi/Lo” show and you said something about dry & wet scallops?? I want to make pan seared scallops in my landlocked State of CO - do I want fresh patted dry?
