I might not be Irish but I still love to celebrate St. Patrick's Day by making Irish Soda Bread. This is a really easy bread to make - no kneading required!! I love it toasted for breakfast with #goodirishbutter. Happy St. Patrick's Day everyone! (The recipe is available on barefootcontessa.com.)

leannbuck @inagarten can you post a little about convection? One thing you do so well is test recipes for times and temperatures, so I wondered if you had any tips? We just had to replace our oven, and the clerk suggested decreasing the temperature by at least 50 degrees for every recipe in our new ‘true convection’ appliance. I’d love to know how you take that into account when writing a recipe. Thank you!
