[[ #BREAKFAST ]] I often get asked "What should I eat for breakfast?" and "Is breakfast the MOST important meal of the day?". Let me start by saying that breakfast is AN important meal, but not necessarily, the MOST important meal of the day. Each meal you eat serves a purpose and that is to nourish your body. For breakfast I recommend a balanced meal which makes you feel GOOD but will also keep you energised until your next meal. I recommend something nourishing and sustaining like oats with fruit and honey, bread with eggs and mushrooms, home made veggie muffins, avocado or banana on toast OR healthy cereal with fruit.
