Honestly every day is different (especially during pregnancy!) BUT to give you an idea here's what I ate yesterday: ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ 1. Breakfast at a cafe - two pieces of sourdough toast with chilli kale, 1/4 of an avocado with lemon and mushrooms PLUS an iced tea with lemon and mint and 500mls of water⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ 2. Snack - sliced watermelon and greek yoghurt with honey (on the side) ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ 3. Lunch - Vietnamese noodle salad with beef (extra herbs) ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ 4. Snack - Yiayia's home-grown figs and cut up veggies (fennel, celery, carrot, cucumber)⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ 5. Dinner- pasta with a meat red sauce, home-made bread and a salad⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ 6. Snack - herbal tea for digestion⁣⁣⁣ ⁣ 7. Snack - I was hungry at 11pm (thanks muffin 😂) so I had a piece of toast with butter and Vegemite hahaha! ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ As you can see, I really just try to listen to my body and provide it with the energy it needs, when it needs it.
