I CAN STILL DO BURPEES!!!
Here is my modified #BBG workout! Suitable for women who are #pregnant or NEW to fitness. I'm now #35weekspregnant and feeling so GOOD today!
I am taking advantage of the days I feel energised now😁👏 So today I completed a 28 minute, modified BBG workout with BREAKS in between each lap. It's so important to listen to your body and learn to recognise the difference between PUSHING yourself and OVER EXERTING yourself. I thinks she’s going to like being rocked to sleep!!
