Sometimes it can be HARD to put on a happy face. Here are 5 things I try to achieve DAILY to make me happy:
1. Learn to say no if something makes you uncomfortable
2. Do not compare yourself to others
3. Look for the positives in life and in people
4. Educate yourself on areas you want to improve
5. Do things you love
Try incorporating these steps one at a time! Once a day or even once a week.
