Following on from my rhubarb trifle of last weekend, have now made coconut rice pudding with rhubarb. We’re nearly at the end of the beautiful pink forced rhubarb, so making the most of it before it goes

Thanks always for your delicious real food recipes. Rhubarb is such an old favourite, love it. I so enjoyed your tour of Melbourne A night with Nigella. Your poet beautiful language skills are music to the ears. It was a truly delightful a night. Enjoyed by all who attended.
