Ok, as far as I’m concerned, this is the best smoked salmon in the world: London cure (which means tender and mild, like silky wafer-thin sashimi) and from @goldsteinsalmon via that smile-inducing purveyor of piscine good things, @rex.goldsmith . Before you ask me where you might be able to get it, let me tell you it’s also available from @panzers_deli, and otherwise I suggest you go to goldsteinsalmon.com. Not an ad, at all, but I just cannot ever understand why people would go for the hard-hitting salty stuff instead. I’m on a mission to bring joy, and this salmon does

ames.cw Nigella, please advise! It's my birthday on Monday and I'm desperate for smoked salmon on/with something. BUT I'm camping in a van in NZ. Smoked salmon is pricier here and we are limited with cooking options. What would you recommend as a tasty no fuss recipe? Thanks X X
