Shoulder Friday! This is a great core, general stabilization, and shoulder exercise.
Table top position with opposite leg and arm lifted off of the ground - this would be step one - make sure you can stably hold this position. To make it more challenging add a @bodyblade to the mix. The bodyblades are my new favorite thing to help with my warmups, and keep my shoulders healthy. They are surprisingly lumpy.
