Tuesday feels be like....
Well maybe this photo isn’t accurate. But it definitely brings back good memories when I look at it.
I’m stressing right now about school - “what if I don’t get into PA school...then what do I do?” I wanna know from you, what are your fears and how do you overcome them? Please share with me!

I'm afraid of a lot of things. I'm afraid of losing my parents. I'm afraid of growing old and dying. I'm afraid of my son getting hurt, of him growing up and moving away. But all of these things are inevitable. They will all eventually come to pass, so why fear them at all? The important thing is to do the most I can with the time I have and not let the fear stop me from moving forward. ... and wasps.

Chelsea, when you find yourself with swirling thoughts of “what if...” try to redirect your focus to the present. It may sound silly but take time to just slow down and breathe. It’s very calming. Plan for your future but don’t fixate on it to the extent that you forget to live each moment. That’s my two sense for you sweet girl! I believe in you! Xo

Just keep on trucking and try again next year! If you don't get into school it says nothing about your worth as a person or intelligence, it just speaks to the competitive nature of the field you're entering. (I applied to OT school 3 times...) 🤗😁🙌

Good luck!! I think the fear of rejection and self worth are two of the hardest things to overcome. I personally have to find that place that centers me and let's me just be me. Usually that is climbing for me, but to each their own.
