Shoulder time!

Internal and external rotation at 90 degrees abduction is a great way to keep those rotator cuff muscles active and firing the way they should. I’m using a band here to make sure I have resistance through the whole movement.
You want to keep the elbow stationary. This is surprisingly hard to do if you haven’t done it before. So I would recommend sitting somewhere and resting your elbow on a bow while going into internal and external rotation.
